When using Device Link with a new device, you will be taken to the Devices page to associate the new device with an existing patient. No action is needed. Use the following steps to edit the name for devices and apps associated with an account.

Managing Data and Devices

Use the following steps to download Device Link, which allows you to transfer data from your Acc-uchek blood glucose meters and insulin pumps, via your Windows or macOS personal computer, to your Accu-Chek Connect online account. Uploading Data from Accu-Chek Devices.

The changes made when patient data is added, edited, or deleted by a healthcare professional are not synchronized to the personal account even if data sharing is enabled. The name can be edited and device associations can be deleted from these screens. The system automatically logs out after a certain amount cxble time with no activity.
